Baby pak choi on a sunny-ish window sill, no artificial light at all. Really surprised with the growth speed. Got the seeds whilst on holiday in Canada. No aeriator used either.

May I suggest Mumm's Seed from Saskatchewan. Meant for microgreens and sprouting, but great seed.
