I want to grow lettuce in indoor...but i don't know the light specifications that is brightness etc..plz help me…

Find a app on your phone for light meter and make sure they get 10000 lux and you will have vigorous growth. Led lights in 4000k range. Look for deals on led shoplite at hardware store. I use 6 single tubes per 3 feet x5

I used regular t5 but had a lot of challenge as the growth was slow & dint get proper weight.
