Reactivating 1 x 1 x 2 Grow box after 6 years - Will activated carbon filter still work

I'm about to reactivate my 1 x 1 x 2 Growbox. The whole thing was stored in the basement for almost 6 years. Fans and Electrics (Lights) are still working. Now to my actual question. Do you think the activated carbon filter is still ok?

Yeah, maybe just changing the flies

Probably not. That's because the activated carbon doesn't get along so well with moisture.

For safety, I would renew it if I were you. It's already available for 40-50.

As long as it was stored dry and the flies is good, there should be no problems!

You can try, but I advise you to spend just like that Euro on a new one to be safe..

First of all, thanks to everyone and I thought so. I'm about to order one for safety. I'm quite glad that the rest are operational.
