How do you do with your systems for lighting

i got this system and i am using 2 4 bulb t8 4ft fixture 1 at the top but it doesnt cover my second row the i have another one that hits the 3rd row but doesnt get to much light to the bottom 4th row im.sick of moving plante around between rows..

How do you guys do this with your systems for lighting.
What would be the best option switching to 2 bulb fixtures for each row.
And whats better t8s or led t8s.

Was gonna use these maybe in the t8 fixtures. 

I have lots of fixtures no bulbs

      Walmart bulbs are led I did t put that in there. Super bright!!!

The light up top with 2 bulbs put it down bottom. With the other one an turn ur light to point them at plants. If those are t8 bulbs go to Walmart. Buy the plant bulbs.

      they are a 4 bulb fixture. I have alot of 2 bulb fixture im gonna rig up looking to replace bulbs dont know if im gonna stay with the t8s or use t8 leds

Switch over to led. I have these strip lights that work great.
